Carinne Bird is the Sales and Marketing Specialist, with over 20 years of rich and insightful experience in IT industry having worked in IBM and other key Vendor and Distributor organisations.

Her expertise includes product and services sales and marketing, architecting revenue-generating marketing and co-marketing campaigns, customer and partner acquisition and retention strategy, online & internet marketing, and events & sponsorships management.

At IBM, Carinne Bird is responsible for channel marketing across the server, software, and services business in Asia Pacific, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Partner routes include Distribution, Systems Integrators and Global and Regional ISVs. Today Channel Marketing in IBM BPO invests significant funding with many co-marketing initiatives both ~Market to TM and ~Market with TM a cross section of business partners.

Carinne Bird started her career at IBM in the Personal Computing Division managing IBM TMs Intel based sales for the retail channel for Australia, New Zealand working closely with Business Partners on driving strong sales and demand generation programs. She has also held positions in marketing for the Personal Computing Division, working closely with Business Partners and for the IBM TMs Intel based server family in Asia Pacific.
