Diamonds Catering specialises in food catering. We only look after the food making sure we are

not distracted by outside influences. We can certainly point you in the right direction for

your other requirements but our expertise is in making sure the catering side of your function

is exactly what you require. We do not make bonuses for referring you on to other companies

and therefore have no interest in trying to sway you one way or another.

Diamonds Spit Roast meats are cooked from raw to perfection on site with us in attendance at

all times ensuring nothing can go wrong. There is absolutely no pre cooking of your meat, you

see exactly when, where and how your meat has been prepared and roasted on the spit.

Diamonds make all of our own salads - this is a guaranteed pledge. We do not use any prepacked

salads at all. Your chosen salads are freshly made for your function.

Diamonds Finger Food menus are created with a variety of tastes and budgets in mind. They can

be varied to suit your special requirements if needed and will be priced accordingly.

Diamonds Buffets are sumptuous with a large selection of both hot and cold foods to choose and

we always encourage your guests to return to our buffets and spit roasts for extra serves/

We do not proceeed to desserts until we are satisfied that your guests have had all they

want from the buffet tables.
