I am a mature-minded woman, with a wealth of life experiences..both personal and professional..I love teasing out life problems and helping you come to a happy resolution, thereby making it an enriching experience...I work on strength-based values and mostly use the most well-recognised, as being most helpful therapy called CBT..or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This helps in many dis-orders including self-esteem issues, marriage and family problems(I am a Facilitator for Fighting for Your Marriage - very helpful practical skills - that can be easily taught to bring more marital satisfaction.) I took on this skillset as when I was going through marriage break-up I found the existing Relationships counselling we had to be virtually useless. I decided then If ever I will get a chance to learn how to make a difference, I will. Thankfully, I have had the joy of saving marriages. Especially where there are children involved, I find it very gratifying. And I love working with children. I have helped them get out of depression, and teach them how to be empowered, by their own new mindset of "I can do this"..with support! People dont change overnight and need may need ongoing help. Thats ok. I have experienced many painful and tragic life experiences and have - not just survived, but thrived!! I am happy to share those experiences and what I have gained from them, as appropriate. I work from home, and have a gym set-up. I can set you a program, and work with you, to improve body shape. I come from an eating dis-order background (mostly bulimia stemming from abuse) and the reason I did my training was so I can help other sufferers. I teach Depression Recovery, healthful cookery, self-value, How to be healthy and many other needed topics My Service is a small, one-on-one confidential, personal, client-centered business. I am a owner/operator - very hands on.. I can help you with most problems relating to life, health and well-being...I am a qualified Counsellor, I have three Cert 1Vs one in Personal Training and one in Community Health Education, and AWT - so I can teach in small or large groups... I also love the group method, as people need people, and make better more lasting decisions in community. Its how we grow. I have a strong interest in helping you be the best you can be, for a wholistic, full, happy life. I am currently studying the Psychology of Weight Management and am finding this very helpful..as if people could lose weight, they would have...Something is missing..I am understanding what You need to reach that particular goal!!
