- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We were happy with the Roman blinds until the wooden part disconnected from the blind material after 18 months, and then the service we got was terrible. Ritchie didnt answer my phone and didnt return calls, eventually after almost 2 months of calls, sending photos, sms, trying to call from different phones, etc. Ritchie asked us to pay money if we want him to visit and inspect the problem.
