- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went into this Branch today and was serviced by a woman called L****. She was asking for numerous forms of identification, acting really suspicious and highly inexperienced. She used a screen I could have accessed myself. She could not find the information I needed and asked me why I dont know this myself! Very Rude. She then went on to make a phone call and told me I need to pay a fee for a statement. I left and went to George Street Branch and they were the most useful. Answered my enquiry within 2 minutes and handed me a statement with the details I needed. No fee easy done. Do not waste your time at this branch unless you want to waste your time, money and want to deal with morons.
